The management is aware that to lead and operate a succesful organization, it is necessary to direct and control every resources in a sistematic and transparent way. Success can be achieved by implementing and keeping a management system that is designed to continuously improve. This management system includes quality assurance efforts and other monitoring checks throughout our processes.

To ensure quality in every process, PT. Dumas always stress out a quality report system in each shipbuilding stage, starting from contract signing, design, provision, production, construction, up to functional and material testing.

PT. Dumas also has implemented the use of an Inspection Test Plan that made sure each process is followed to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. The plans are made up in front and must be made within the boundaries of the Contract and based upon the agreed Technical Specification. This plan needs to be approved by Class & Owner before any of the shipbuilding process can be started.
